💳 Refund Policy At TutorX,

Client satisfaction is a top priority. However, due to the nature of our academic support services, refunds are offered under specific conditions as outlined below.

1. When Refunds Are Applicable


Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
A.Service Non-Delivery: If the requested service is not delivered according to the terms agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

B.Significant Quality Issues: If the completed work exhibits substantial deviations from the agreed academic standards, instructions, or requirements that cannot be corrected through revision.

C.Deadline Missed: If the finalized service is delivered substantially after the agreed deadline without prior notice or client consent, leading to its unusability.
D. Proven Plagiarism: If significant plagiarism is detected beyond acceptable academic standards (and confirmed with credible plagiarism reports), a full or partial refund may be issued, depending on the severity.

All refund claims must be supported with valid evidence, such as plagiarism reports, academic guidelines, or proof of service non-compliance.

2. Non-Refundable Cases


Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
A.Delayed Requests: If a refund request is made more than three (3) days after the final service delivery.

B.Work Misuse: If the client has already used, submitted, or benefited academically/professionally from the service in any form.Incorrect Client Inputs: If errors in the work arise from incorrect, unclear, or incomplete information provided by the client at the time of service request.

C.Client Non-Response: If the client fails to respond to queries, clarifications, or requests for additional information, causing delivery delays or content gaps.

D.Change of Mind: Requests based on a change of mind or cancellation after significant work has commenced are not eligible for refund.TutorX reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.

3. Revision First Approach


Before any refund is considered:
A.Clients are encouraged to request free revisions for any issues related to the delivered work.TutorX offers multiple rounds of revisions (where feasible) to ensure alignment with the original instructions.

B.Refunds are treated as a last resort, only if revision efforts fail to resolve the problem satisfactorily.

C.Revision requests must align with the original order instructions. New instructions or substantial scope changes will be treated as a new service.



 

Note: Refund Turnaround Time

All approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days. This includes the time taken to initiate the refund and for the amount to be credited to the customer's bank account or original payment method. The actual time may vary slightly depending on the customer's bank or payment gateway.
